Thanks again for going above and beyond today.
I just wanted to note that the tinnitus I've had since March seems to have been greatly attenuated since I left this morning. It's really remarkable. It's cut in once or twice rather intensely but otherwise virtually gone. It seems to confirm the suspicion that the tinnitus is related to TMJ. This is something you'd proposed but something the ENT I saw wasn't really willing to entertain. The official standpoint seems to be that it's hearing loss and not much else.
It's something that's difficult to talk about, since tinnitus is so difficult to comprehend, but I just wanted to make note of it. I'll keep monitoring it and send you another note if the situation changes. As you might imagine, apart from the achiness of my teeth right now, this is a pleasant turn of events."
