Your smile is yours forever. We want to make it as easy as possible to get the treatment you need when you need it. We want you to know what to expect before beginning treatment. Our treatment coordinator will discuss the cost of treatment and available payment options with you, so you can make the best choice for yourself and your budget. We will work with you to create a payment plan, including your preferred monthly due date. In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policy:
1. Automatic recurring credit/debit card payments.
2. You can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA).
3. Qualifying dental Insurance (with an Orthodontic Plan) can cover a portion of treatment.
4. We accept major credit cards, cash, checks, and CareCredit.
5. We offer a courtesy for payment in full in advance.
6. No interest or finance charges for payment plans or penalties for early pay-off.
Our fees are for complete treatment and are all-inclusive. They cover diagnosis, treatment, and one years’ retention. For Invisalign patients the treatment cost also covers two refinements if needed. You can budget with confidence that there will be no surprises.
In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued. If you inform us of temporary difficulties, we will make every effort to accommodate your circumstances.
